Samsung should release update to fix problem in the Galaxy Note 9 camera

According to a senior member of the Samsung support forum, Galaxy Note 9 owners will soon be finally able to count on fixing a problem that affects the cameras of the device.
This is because many users have complained about a bug that made the Note 9 camera crash when taking a picture or recording a video. The problem is even more annoying because at times the device even displays the message "Camera locked".
According to most reports, the error only reaches variants with Snapdragon and therefore a lot of the complaints were made by users who live in the United States.
According to South Korean, the update should arrive soon for all users with Note 9 Snapdragon.

For now, despite confirming that it should correct the problem, Samsung has not yet informed when the update will be taken to all devices with Snapdragon. Because of this, many end up adopting a temporary solution to work around the problem.

The solution suggested by most Samsung forum users involves clearing the cache on the system partition. However, this does not prevent the problem from returning after a few hours of camera use.
It is worth remembering that many expected that the November security package would bring this fix, something that did not happen. Therefore, the hope is that the December update will bring the definitive solution to Note 9, which should gain a new white variant in some markets.
