    YouTube announces changes that should bring more ads to the platform


    YouTube announced on its official blog another major change in its ad platform that should further impact the user experience. According to the company, soon the site will gain more advertisement on the home screen of devices such as TVs.
    Another point highlighted by Google is that users will soon also gain an option that allows them to watch two ads in a row at the beginning and end of a video. Thus, YouTube ensures that the number of pauses for advertisements during playback can be reduced by up to 40%.
    This is because the platform already knows that most users tend to get more bothered with many interruptions during a video. In this way, the best way is to focus all advertising material, since Google also realized that displaying two advertisements increases the reach of a campaign.

    According to YouTube, this change in the advertising platform should be released by the end of the year for computers, and mobile devices will receive the experience later. Already the version for TVs should have a special attention on the part of the company.
    That's because Google knows that there is a considerable increase in the number of people watching YouTube videos on TV. Therefore, the search giant took the opportunity to announce that users should soon notice the presence of more ads on the platform.
