Samsung: New Galaxy S10 gesture navigation system explained

The wave of gesture navigation in the operating system began to get more popular after the launch of the Apple iPhone X , the smartphone celebrating the ten years since the launch of the first iPhone in 2007.
Next year, Samsung will make the same kind of celebration, because we have the tenth generation Galaxy . The device is supposed to be a big change inside the company, and so it is to imagine that a new way of using the product also accompany it.

Companies such as OnePlus, Motorola and ASUS already have their own gesture solutions that allow you to hide the navigation bar and give the user the freedom to have more content being displayed on the screen. Even Xiaomi has a way of gesture navigation , which is even very strongly inspired by what Apple did in iOS 11 onwards, and brought across the line with the arrival of the iPhone XS , iPhone XS Max and iPhone XR.
In the case of Samsung, it should allow hiding the buttons and put only three bars at the bottom, according to an image found by the site Sammobile. Sliding through these areas upwards, it's as if you've pressed a traditional Home, Back or Recent button. That is, slide up from the middle, and so you are taken to the home screen. On the left side, and you are redirected to the previous screen, and so on.
In fact, it is very reminiscent of ASUS and OnePlus solutions, but this is not necessarily a problem. Anyway, it looks pretty promising, and it does not make things too complicated. In any case, Samsung should implement this in the next Samsung Experience , which is expected to debut next to the Galaxy S10, scheduled for February next year.
