Galaxy S9 and S9 Plus begin to receive Android 9 Beta Beta with One UI

A week after the official announcement of Samsung 's new interface to its smartphones and 2019 products alongside the new panels that will also be used in their handsets next year, the South Korean giant will begin to make One UI available alongside Android 9 Pie in Beta stage for the Galaxy S9 and Galaxy S9 Plus.
The program begins to be available from this Thursday (15) and users of the S9 line can already venture with the new interface of the manufacturer, which completely leaves out the TouchWiz and Samsung Experience brands for One UI, more universal and easy to recognize.
The novelties are for ease of access to the essential elements of the interface, which are now fixed mostly from half the screen down. In addition, we have new icons, new font pattern and new navigation buttons on the screen, simpler than before, all accompanied by the so dear Dark Mode.
The update is being released this Thursday, as we have said, but only in limited countries such as the United States, Germany, and South Korea. Other regions will be included in the coming weeks, including the UK, China, France, Spain, the Netherlands, and France on November 20.
To participate in the limited number of beta spots, you must install the Samsung Members application in the Play Store and tap the area indicating the registration for the One UI beta program in order to send a form to Samsung. After registration is complete, you only need to access the software update area in the Settings on your device and download the latest version.
