12 GB RAM cycle starts for smartphones!
New technologies are being developed for smartphones every day. With the development today, Micron heralded that the first LPDDR4X RAM began mass production.
Micron launches 12 GB RAM cycle for smartphones!
Micron, producing American semiconductor devices, aims to launch a new cycle for smartphones by announcing the first series of LPDDR4X memory devices.
Micron will produce these RAM using the second generation 10 nm class of process technology. LPDDR4X RAM, which will accelerate the speed of smartphones, is also remarkable with data transfer rates of up to 4,266 Gbps.
The new generation of LPDDR4X memory, which is expected to consume 10 percent less power than its previous generation of LPDDR4 RAM, will, therefore, delight smartphone users. The biggest rival of the new generation of LPDDR4 RAM, which will directly contribute to battery consumption and performance issues, is the Samsung's LPDRR4X-4266 RAM chips, which was released last July.
Along with the leaks in recent months, Samsung is developing four different models for the Galaxy S10. 4,6,8 and 12 GB respectively. Thus, Samsung, Xiaomi's first 10 GB RAM flagship against the world's first 12 GB RAM phone is expected to appear.
According to the latest shared reports, this RAM will be unveiled for the first time in the Galaxy S10 with 5G support, which will be introduced by MW at the MWC 2019event. Although there is no official statement yet, it is already known that the series will produce a very special phone for the tenth year.
It seems that after 2019, we will meet with smartphones with a capacity of 12 GB or more RAM . What do you think about this situation? You can transfer your thoughts in the comments section.
