One of the biggest handicaps of virtual reality glasses was that they could not be used alone, they needed a computer or a phone. As such, it is not enough to have virtual reality goggles, but we also need a phone or a powerful computer. If we remember that the VR- enabled graphics cards started with the GTX 1060 series, it was costly to own and use a virtual reality goggle .

Oculus is aiming to eliminate all previous handicaps with virtual reality goggles. The world's first all-in-one game system will be available without the need for Quest , computer or phone. Oculus Quest offers the optics used by the Oculus Rift, one of the best eyeglasses in the market, with an ideal lens range and a 1600 × 1440 resolution per eye for optimizing visual clarity. Oculus, with its built-in headphones, claims to offer better quality deep bass.

Oculus  Insight

Oculus's new technology is Insight . The system, called the internal motion monitor, doesn't need any external motion sensors and sensors. This innovative system uses the imaging algorithm with four ultra-angle sensors to detect the actual location and movements. Oculus Quest manages to transfer real-life movements into virtual reality glasses only with headers and controls.

2019 on sale

Oculus announced that it will launch the new goggle Quest in the first quarter of 2019. While the 64-gb version will be sold at $ 399 , the uncertainty remains as to whether there will be other options in the storage.
