Instagram crashed! Users cannot access the application!

Instagram crashed into one of the most popular social media platforms in the world!  Turkey and many users can not access applications throughout the world, the home page cannot be renewed.

October 09 Update: Fixed issue with Instagram servers. Users can log on to social media without problems.

Instagram crashed! The Instagram stream does not refresh!

Instagram management has not yet made a statement about it, but users cannot access the web service. In a mobile application, only the stories section can be seen while the stream is not refreshable. Even in some people, this section does not even look.

This seems to have not affected everyone. While some users have no problems accessing the application, almost 8 out of 10 people are currently having trouble connecting to the service.
